Authorizing teachers to teach students is a complex task as you just have to assign them to subjects. To make this task unchallenging, our School ERP software feature from Smart Skool solution helps you to authorize teachers to subjects. Follow the below instructions to understand how to designate teachers from the individual departments and authorize them to batches and subjects.
Open the home website and find “Employee Management” in the dashboard, by clicking the “More” option through “Human Resource”. Here, you will find “Employee subject association” and notice the options available for choosing requires batch and subjects.
Then the process of knowing the already assigned teachers to certain batches and those batches which are yet to be assigned. Here, without any hurdles going through the number of batches assigned to a teacher and all the teachers assigned to a batch can be found easily. In case of any changes, you can change it by selecting a particular batch or teacher. There is an option for adding a new batch or teacher.
Once you choose the batch and subject, you will have all the details of the teachers who have been appointed already and also the names of the teachers from the individual department you choose for the subject.
In spite of many efforts, assigning a teacher to a certain department can be a tough task. SmartSkool helps you simplify the tasks up to a large extent where School ERP has a specialized orderly process. With many projects involved, this is also simplified through SmartSkool.
Thereupon you need to assign a time table for the designated teachers with whom you choose for the specific batch. To do this, proceed to dashboard and find the ‘Timetable’ option. There you can find the “Edit timetable”.
“Edit Entries” has the timetable page, to choose the batch. Now the data of teachers designated to the subject is obtained. Bringing any name to the metable is easy by dragging the selected name.
